Public Access Computers
We offer 6 computers for public use. Patrons must have a library card or show photo ID to use the computers.
Earbuds are sold for $2.00
Jump drives are sold for $4.00
Wi-fi
Wi-Fi Internet access is offered to the community. Anyone with a laptop computer or mobile device may connect to wireless access free of charge. Wi-Fi access at the Elba Public Library is filtered.
Internet Hotspot
Portable hotspots allow patrons who do not have home internet access to easily get online from almost anywhere using a Wi-Fi-enabled device such as a phone, tablet or laptop.
Copies, Scans and Faxes
Black and white copies/prints are 10¢ per page/side.
Color copies/prints are 25¢ per half page and 50¢ for full page.
Scans are available for 50¢ per page. (price caps at $4.00)
Faxes sent $1.00 for per page.
A cover sheet may be purchased for 50¢. (price caps at $4.00 per fax) Faxes received are 10¢ per page.
All business services are cash only.
Tax Forms
Federal and state forms are available as soon as they are received from the IRS each year. Forms are also available for free from www.irs.gov.
